For this first mock up, I was inspired by the magazine Fader and decided to do a similar style and design. The magazine Fader uses pastel colours mainly which I tried including on my first mock. They also try and put as minimal text on the front cover, the main text is always the artists name which is usually placed at the bottom of the cover. Which I also took inspiration from.
